Help enhance person-centred care

Sunnybrook regularly brings together care teams to explore how we can consistently approach interactions with our patients and caregivers in a person-centred way.

We are looking for patient and family partners to attend one or more of our upcoming person-centred care staff training sessions, and share the story of their Sunnybrook experience.

You can help if:

• You have been a patient at Sunnybrook or are a family member/caregiver of someone who has been a Sunnybrook patient in the past 5 years.
• You are willing to share your thoughts on the care you received at Sunnybrook (both positive and negative experiences).
• You can attend one or more of the upcoming sessions (Sessions are four hours long and include approximately 10-12 staff members each).

Dates:

June 4, 5, 6, 7, 12, 18, 25, 28
July 2, 4, 5, 9, 12, 13, 18, 19

Time:

8:00am - 12:00pm

Location:

2075 Bayview Avenue, Toronto, ON M4N M35. The cost of your parking or TTC fare will be reimbursed.
