Pre-anesthesia clinic digital assistant

The Pre-anesthesia Clinic has a digital assistant named Oliver. You can use the digital assistant to book your assessment. Oliver is also be able to answer some of your questions about the appointment.

Oliver can be accessed through a web browser with a custom link. You will need to give your cell phone number and email address to your surgeon’s administrative assistant. You will then get your custom link and verification code.

Getting access

To use the digital assistant:

• Open the custom link sent to your phone or email address.
• Click the button labeled “Send Verification Code.”
• Once you receive the code, enter it in the space provided and click “Submit."
• The bot will send you an introduction message. Select an option from the start menu to begin.
