About the Rapid Access Clinic
The Rapid Access Clinic is for patients with a wide range of issues who want to learn more about their shoulder problem and treatment options, including surgery. We accept referrals from physicians or nurse practitioners. Patients receive a specialized assessment, education, and personalized treatment recommendations. If a patient needs to see an orthopaedic surgeon, an appointment will be made after this visit.

Please include results of an Ultrasound to help us direct your care. We will arrange X-rays onsite as needed. An MRI report is not essential for the referral.
