This trial is designed to determine how a drug, domperidone, can help mothers of preterm neonates enhance their production of breast milk. Mothers will be reandomised to either receiving a 2-week or 4-week course of the medication. Mothers, experiencing a reduced or low breast milk production, will be identified in the neonatal intensive care unit by lactation consultants or equivalent and asked if they would like to participate in the trial.
