Celebrate Education Week

October 7, 2015

Sunnybrook will celebrate teaching and learning at its annual Education Week from Oct. 13 to Oct. 16.

Daily activities will highlight Sunnybrook’s commitment to the ongoing education of staff, students, patients and families. Throughout the week, look for education booths around the hospital to find out more about what is happening in Education at Sunnybrook.

We are all teachers. We are all learners. At Sunnybrook, Education Matters.

Tuesday, Oct. 13: Student, Resident and Fellow Appreciation Day
Who says there’s no such thing as a free lunch? Come have lunch, meet other learners and take a break from your studies. Worried about taking the time? Talk to your supervisor. (Supervisors, please allow your learns to come to McLaughlin Auditorium). 12 pm to 2 pm. With guest speaker on student wellness, Dr. Susan Edwards.

Wednesday, Oct. 14: Teacher Appreciation Day
Send an apple to your favourite teacher - through our e-cards - to say thank you!
