Health tip: Try this tomato salsa recipe

Tomato Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1lb medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp fresh jalapeno chili peppers, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. In small bowl, mix together all ingredients.
  2. Cover and chill.

Additional information: Serve with low-carb, whole-grain chips or veggie dippers.
