Tomato Salsa
Ingredients:
- 1lb medium tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped onion
- 2 tbsp fresh jalapeno chili peppers, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
- In small bowl, mix together all ingredients.
- Cover and chill.
Additional information: Serve with low-carb, whole-grain chips or veggie dippers.
