If you answered YES, you may be interested in the Craving Change Workshop where you will learn to:
- Understand WHY you eat the way you do
- Comfort yourself with food
- Change your thinking, change your eating
This three week workshop consists of 2 hour sessions once per week. Participants should be able to attend all three dates.
Date: Wednesdays February 5 and February 12 and February 19, 2025
Time: 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Location: Room A1-21. This is an in person workshop –masking may be required based on policy at time of workshop

The Mediterranean Style Eating (previously titled Eating the Mediterranean Way) program is offered 4 times per year and each session reviews the benefits of eating Mediterranean style with a focus on two food groups specific to Mediterranean diets.
