Are you looking for information on managing type 2 diabetes? Join us to learn about how the body works, targets for blood sugar management and how healthy eating habits can help manage diabetes. This class is the first module in a series of 3 modules.

This course is open to anyone with Type 2 diabetes.

Are you looking for more information on carbohydrate counting or exercise and diabetes? Join us to learn how to plan healthy meals using carbohydrate counting, how medications work to help with managing blood sugars and why activity is important for people managing diabetes.

This course is open to anyone who has Type 2 diabetes and has attended Module 1.
