Are you looking for information on managing type 2 diabetes? Join us to learn about how the body works, targets for blood sugar management and how healthy eating habits can help manage diabetes. This class is the first module in a series of 3 modules.

If you answered YES, you may be interested in the Craving Change Workshop where you will learn to:
- Understand WHY you eat the way you do
- Comfort yourself with food
- Change your thinking, change your eating
This three week workshop consists of 2 hour sessions once per week. Participants should be able to attend all three dates.
Date: Wednesdays September 11 and September 18 and September 25, 2024
Time: 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Location: Room A1-21. This is an in person workshop - masking may be required if policy changes at time of workshop

Join us for a session about the ABCs of healthy eating and movement for infants! This class is offered by an Occupational Therapist and Registered Dietitian. Upcoming classes will be offered virtually on the Zoom platform. Topics include
- Introduction of solid foods
- Healthy growth for babies
- Motor skill development

Join us to learn about the basics of label reading and the importance of heart health and foot care in diabetes management.

An interactive group class, led by a Registered Dietitian, for individuals to learn more about lifestyle and dietary changes in managing cholesterol, blood pressure, and heart health. In this virtual class, we will explore how nutrients, dietary patterns and lifestyle modifications affect lipids and heart health.
