Intelligent image analysis tools

We have several ongoing collaborations in the areas of image processing and image analysis:

Quantitative tools to analyze and visualize biomarker co-expression on a region of interest and a single cell. Quantitative tools to analyze and visualize biomarker co-expression on a region of interest and a single cell (click image to enlarge).

  • 3-D image reconstruction of slide images, including corrections for distortion
  • Interactive 3-D image display and analysis
  • Colour calibration tools
  • Display and analysis tools
  • Pipeline for the correlation of 3-D in vivo imaging to histopathology.

Our current work is focused on the development of co-localization and heterogeneity quantification algorithms and a cluster-based biomarker signal subtyping tools for the analysis of biomarker multiplexing images.
