Volunteers needed for research studies

Participants are needed for a research study titled “Digital Neurologic assessment: An AI solution for development of remote cranial nerve examination” at Sunnybrook Research Institute.

The investigator for this study is Dr. Yana Yunusova. The goal is to develop a tongue function assessment in the context of the cranial nerve exam in patients with various neuromuscular diagnoses.

We are looking for people as follows:

• Between the ages of 40 and 75 years
• No current or past memory problems or neurological impairments
• Normal hearing and no hearing aids
• No dentures
• Access to a computer (laptop or desktop) with internet connection

The recording takes approximately 1 hour. The study is conducted remotely over Zoom. Compensation will be provided.
