Sunnybrook hosts first annual Cancer Research Day

Toronto, ON - Researchers at Odette Cancer Centre and Sunnybrook Research Institute are working together to understand the basis of cancer and to improve prevention, screening and treatment. To showcase the many outstanding achievements and celebrate cancer research excellence the hospital is hosting the first annual cancer research day.

Cancer researchers from across the GTA will join together to hear presentations from a group of renowned Sunnybrook scientists on Wednesday, May 3rd. The event will take place in the Jenkin Auditorium (TB-021) at Odette Cancer Centre at 7:30 am.
