Dr. Razmjou is an advanced practice physical therapist at the Holland Orthopaedic & Arthritic Centre with an interest in shoulder and spinal disorders. She assists with management of non-surgical and post-surgical cases of rotator cuff, osteoarthritis and labral pathologies of the shoulder. She is credentialed in mechanical diagnosis and treatment of spinal discogenic conditions from the McKenzie International Institute. She has received numerous prestigious awards, including the International McKenzie Award for outstanding contribution to research in spinal care in 2001, an Exceptional Achievement Award in the category of research, from the Department of Physical Therapy, University of Toronto in 2016 and three Silver Quill Awards in Qualitative or Quantitative Research for outstanding original articles published in Physiotherapy Canada in 2005, 2016 and 2017.

Dr. Razmjou's research interests are in the areas of outcome measurements, sex and gender analysis, reliability and validity of clinical examination, disability, response-shift phenomenon and work-related injuries.
