Operating room waiting lounge
A special waiting lounge is available for family members of patients who are undergoing surgery. The waiting lounge is located in A-wing, first floor, room 148, and it is open Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
After surgery, patients are brought to the post-anaesthetic care unit. Visitors are permitted in accordance with the visitor policy.
Operating room patient tracking
This application provides real-time updates which can be viewed online on a computer or handheld device, allowing family and friends to track the surgical progress of a patient.
