Back on Track

Back on Track is an outpatient rehabilitation program designed for people who have been involved in a traumatic motor vehicle collision (MVC) or in work-related accidents covered under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). We help patients progress in mobility, range of motion, returning to work, resuming driving, or any other meaningful activities that have been impacted by your injuries.
