Back on Track is an outpatient rehabilitation program for clients who have been involved in traumatic motor vehicle and work-related accidents. We help patients progress towards their pre-accident level of function in their work, activities of daily living, mobility, leisure, and social roles.

- Patient must be able to actively participate in the rehabilitation program
- Patient must be able to arrange/manage own transportation

Inter-professional experience

Inter-professional treatment services
Treatment protocols and equipment are current and we continually evaluate our rehabilitation programs through best practice guidelines and goal-directed team rounds.
Regular reports provide details on recovery in the areas of vocation, avocation, mobility, physical status, activities of daily living, psychosocial presentation and transportation. Access to the heated hydrotherapy pool is also available.
