Back on Track

Back on Track is an outpatient rehabilitation program for clients who have been involved in traumatic motor vehicle and work-related accidents. We help patients progress towards their pre-accident level of function in their work, activities of daily living, mobility, leisure, and social roles.

Inter-professional experience

Our inter-professional team of rehabilitation specialists are experienced in treating clients who have sustained traumatic injuries such as: burns, amputations, complex orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and mild to moderate acquired brain injuries. Our directly relevant experience allows us to set both realistic rehabilitation time lines and to comment on maximum medical recovery, and its influence on function.

Inter-professional treatment services

Treatment protocols and equipment are current and we continually evaluate our rehabilitation programs through best practice guidelines and goal-directed team rounds.

Regular reports provide details on recovery in the areas of vocation, avocation, mobility, physical status, activities of daily living, psychosocial presentation and transportation. Access to the heated hydrotherapy pool is also available.
