St. John's Rehab's 160-bed facility offers individually customized rehabilitation programs for people recovering from amputations, traumatic injuries, burns, cardiovascular surgery, strokes, transplants, cancer, complex neurological and orthopaedic conditions.

Outpatient rehab programs

I need continuing rehabilitation

We provide a continuum of care for our discharged inpatients who may require continued outpatient rehabilitation, helping patients progress towards their previous level of function in their work, activities of daily living, mobility, leisure, and social roles. We also feature independent evaluation services to help assess client's needs.
Please note: St. John’s Rehab is not a Ministry of Transportation approved Driving Assessment Centre.
