A form of meditation that is often used as therapy to help patients be more aware of what is happening in the present moment and more focused on their journey in the healing process.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) »
For patients with Major Depressive Disorder and/or other mood and anxiety disorders. CBT can help patients identify and to alter unwanted behavioural patterns and thoughts.
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy »
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy is very useful in treating behavioural patterns leading to self-harm. DBT also covers skills on emotion regulation, distress tolerance and managing interpersonal relationships.
